Located within the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames, Chessington is an area that has managed to combine London life and a gateway into Surrey. While the area is in Greater London, Chessington protrudes into the connected county of Surrey. Motorists are also able to connect to other parts of the country in a simple and convenient manner as Chessington is located just off the nearby A3 corridor in to and out of South London, whilst being around 4 miles from the M25 Motorway (Junction 9).

The leading secondary school in the area is Chessington Community College, which is a mixed public school. There are other options available on the northern border of the area with Southborough High School, which is located in Surbiton, and the Tolworth Girls' School and Centre for Continuing Education, which is located in Tolworth. The fact that there are well-respected options for secondary school education ensures that Chessington is able to provide families what they are looking for with respect to their children's education.

As an area that managed to combine London life and a gateway into Surrey, Chessington has enough features and benefits to entice any family or property investor to examine what it has to offer.
