Should you have any concerns or wish to make a formal complaint about any aspect of Jezzards service, which you are unable to resolve with the individual involved, you should escalate the matter to the branch or department manager. The branch or department manager will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you should write to the Director of Jezzards. The same time limits will apply. Following the investigation, you will receive a written statement of Jezzards’ final view. This will include any offer made.
This letter will confirm that you are entitled, if dissatisfied, to refer the matter to the Ombudsman for a review. Jezzards is a member of the Property Ombudsman. For further information, please visit www.tpos.co.uk
