Our residential sales department are located within our local branch network and are responsible for the sales valuations, marketing, selling properties and progressing the sales process for our clients. We are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm and Saturday between 10am and 4pm, although our customer service team will take messages, book valuation appointments, schedule viewings or handle any queries outside of these times.

Residential lettings

Our residential lettings department are located within our local branch network and are responsible for our letting valuations, marketing and sourcing tenants for properties on behalf of our landlords. We are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm and Saturday between 10am and 4pm, although our customer service team will take messages, book valuation appointments, schedule viewings or handle any tenant emergencies outside of these times.

Property management

The property management department is responsible for the day to day management of properties which we have rented on behalf of our landlords who have chosen our fully managed service. We are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm, although our customer service team will take messages, or handle any emergencies outside of these times.

If you are a tenant of managed property by us and you have an emergency such as no heating, hot water, uncontrollable leak or any other type of emergency which needs our immediate attention (as per your tenant handbook), please call us immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Financial services

Our financial advisers are among some of the best in the industry and are the right people to speak to discuss your financial arrangements such as mortgages, remortgaging, buy to let and any other financial services queries. We are available Monday to Saturday between 9am and 6pm, although our customer service team will take any messages for us outside of these times.

Block and Leasehold management

The block and leasehold management department are responsible for the day to day maintenance and upkeep of residential blocks, communal facilities and general estate management. Working with our network of local offices, we provide a high quality service, expert knowledge and advice to property developers, investors and private buyers. Our client accounts team are the team who handle the monies on behalf of the lettings department and are the right team should you need to discuss move in monies, rental arrears, statement copies or any other payment query. We are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm, although our customer service team will take any messages for us outside of these times.

The tenancy and renewal setup team are the team who handle the administration on behalf of the lettings department and are the right team should you need to discuss tenancy or renewal paperwork, inventory appointments or any other move in or move out query. Our accounts payable department handle all of our business accounts and are the right team should you need to speak to if you are querying an invoice or have any payment queries. Complaint handling and dispute resolution process

We hope that you're pleased with the service you've received from Jezzards. However, if there's something you're not happy with, ensure you get in touch with the relevant Jezzards team so that we can try to put matters right.

In the first instance, if you're in one of our branches, speak to a manager, or call or email the branch as soon as possible.

If you're still not happy with our response, contact us using one of these options below. If you call us, we'll try to sort out your complaint while you're on the phone. If this isn't possible, the advisor will agree a course of action with you.

We take every complaint seriously and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue right away. If we need more time to investigate, we’ll let you know and keep you updated.

Should you remain dissatisfied your complaint will be escalated to a Director who will investigate your complaint and respond with our formal written statement of our final view.

If you’re not satisfied with our final response, or its been more than eight weeks since we received your complaint, you may be able to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman for review.
