Welcome to East Molesey

Molesey is located on the southern banks of the River Thames, in the northeast borough of Elmbridge in Surrey. Comprising of two large villages, East Molesey and West Molesey, on the border of Greater London and Surrey.

East Molesey boasts beautiful open spaces and a family friendly community spirit. We a plethora of beautiful architecture, most of which has been built due to its close proximity to Hampton Court Palace to the North of the village. Bridge Road, offers an array of boutique style restaurants, cafes and bars with delightful views over Hampton Court Palace and the River Thames. Whilst being located in Surrey, East Molsey is only 12 miles from the heart of London's West End and forms part of part of the Greater London suburb.

Transport in East Molesey is primarily served by Hampton Court Railway Station in London Travelcard Zone 6, providing services to London Waterloo and connections across Surrey and the South East. There are a number of bus services throughout Easy Molesey including the R68 and the 411 operated by London Transport, or the 514 operated by Surrey County Council. The motorist is connected by the nearby A3, A316 and M3 all offering connections to London, Surrey and the M25.

The pretty riverside vllage of East Molesey boasts impressive architecture amongst its range of Victorian and Edwardian mansions as well as its smaller villas and cottages in the Molesey Kent Town conservation area around Palace Road and Kent Road, and in the Molesey Old Village conservation area south of Walton Road. East Molsey also offers a range of flats and apartments in large converted houses and in blocks of self contained flats.
