Welcome to Tolworth

Well located, just 11 miles from the West End of London, Tolworth is a suburban area of South West London in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Tolworth has been divided in two, with part of it to the east and part of it to the west of the A3 Kingston by-pass, providing routes between London and Portsmouth. The main shopping area for Tolworth is situated to the west of the A3 in Tolworth Broadway, in the shadow of its landmark 265ft high, 22 floor Tolworth Tower, originally designed by architect George Marsh. The historic site of Tolworth Court Farm, has been transformed to become Tolworth Court Farm Fields, a local nature reserve with its ancient trees, fields and hedgerows. With its range nature reserves, parks, local amusement parks, shopping and leisure facilities, Tolworth has become a popular residential destination for young professionals and families alike.

Just a short walk from the nearby Tolworth Broadway shopping area, Tolworth Railway Station provides direct routes between London Waterloo and Chessington South. The nearby A3 Kingston by-pass provides the motorist, quick and easy connections between the centre of London and Portsmouth.

Tolworth Railway Station provides easy access for commuters, serving stations between London Waterloo and Hampton Court Railway Stations. Various bus services operate throughout Tolworth, including the 515, 514, 513, 458 and 459, all of which are operated by Surrey County Council. The motorist is conveniently connected by easy access to the A3 offering routes in to and out of London and Surrey.
