This is where our fully managed service can help. Designed to give you peace of mind and relieve you of the commitment of being a full-time landlord, our team are available for your tenant’s emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Best of all, if the emergency is covered by our inclusive emergency assist cover, you won’t have to pay for costly call outs or parts.

What’s included?

Finding the right tenant for your property is dependent on the right people seeing it. So, for us, marketing is not a side issue - it’s at the heart of what we do. That is why our fully managed letting service offers everything you need to source and secure a tenant for your property, including professional photography, floorplans, ‘to let’ advertising board, accompanied viewings as well as advertising on leading websites such as Rightmove, Primelocation, Zoopla, and Jezzards.co.uk, to name a few. But our service doesn't stop there. Subject to your tenant passing our third party referencing, we will guarantee your rent is paid to you when it's due, whether or not your tenant pays late or does not pay at all.

No one likes surprises. That is why our fully managed landlords recieve our free emergency assist cover, to ensure that they are not left with unexpected bills for repair or costly ongoing maintenance for some of the most common property failures. Our inclusive cover includes all your costs towards parts and labour for the integral gas central heating system, fixed wire electrical and internal plumbing and drainage issues, security (including locks) and pest control during the tenancy.

To give you the reassurance that your property remains in its very best condition, we carry out a thorough bi-annual inspection of the property, providing you with an in-depth inspection report carried out by your dedicated property manager. Each report provides both the landlord and tenant with a regular, accurate record of the property's condition, detailing any improvements should they be required as well as minimising the cost of repairs by acting in good time. Whether you require a builder, plumber, electrician, locksmith, decorator, gardener, gas engineer, carpenter etc, we will oversee and ensure that the work is completed promptly and professionally.
