We’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year.

Over the Christmas period, our front offices will be operating a revised opening times. They will be closed from 1pm on Friday 22 December 2017 and reopening on Tuesday 2 January at 10am. If you do need to speak to us over this period, our customer service team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including Christmas day and New Years day) on 03330 433 633.

If you are a tenant of a managed property and you have an emergency such as loss of central heating, an uncontrollable leak or loss of electricity, please contact our customer services team on 03330 433 633 and they will get the appropriate tradesperson to respond to you as soon as possible, All other non emergency issues will be dealt with on our return.

The British weather can be notoriously unpredictable at this time of year and there are a number of precautions you can take to keep your home and family safe and ensure your Christmas isn’t memorable for all the wrong reasons. For storms, make sure to check your fences and clear gutters, drains and ditches to prevent flying debris and ensuring any storm water can quickly drain away. If you’re away, please remember to keep your home safe and secure by taking precautions such as setting timers on your internal lights and keeping valuables out of sight.
