Become an approved contractor with us

Are you a reliable gas engineer, electrician, handyman, inventory clerk, fencer or other trade looking for extra work? We are looking to expand our database of local contractors to work with our managed properties and our property services divisions across South West London and Surrey.

Due to extra demand from our Property Management and Property Services divisions, we are now looking to increase our approved contractor portfolio across South West London and Surrey. Whether you are a window fitter, carpenter, appliance engineer, handyman, roofer, plumber or an electrician, we want to hear from you.

How do I get setup?

Before we begin, we will need to see evidence that you are qualified in the field of work for which you are applying for, that you have insurance cover for at least £1million and references from at least 3 jobs conducted within the last few months. For example, if you are a gas engineer, we will require evidence of your accreditation with Gas Safe and any other body which you may be a member, along with your insurance cover and references.  We may need more information from you and this will be on a case by case basis.

Do I need to sign anything

Yes, you will be required to sign our contractor agreement which confirms the terms on working with us. This will be sent to you with your initial enquiry to us to review before we process your application further. If we are required to sign anything, this will also be reviewed as part of your application and request this is sent to us on the initial enquiry.

When will I start to get work

There is no way for us to confirm when you will first get work as our role is rather reactive on occasion. As soon as we get any work which our current approved contractors are not able to accommodate, we then pass the work to our second level contractors. Once we get some experience with you and we are satisfied with the quality of the work as well as the prices quoted, we will then start to use you more and more and establish you to our first level.

How and when do you pay

We pay for all works after completion of the work and following an inspection by our team. We say to allow up to 30 days, but this is often much sooner. We make all payments for works completed on a Wednesday of every week as long as we have the invoice and the works have been signed off.
